Legal Compliance Auditor (LCA®) Training
To qualify for the online training course, applicants must have completed at least a bachelor's degree in law from a recognised university from the country which they intend practising in.
The course consists of several modules to be completed online. After each module, an online examination must be completed to advance to the next level.
To be awarded the Legal Compliance Auditor designation, successful students must also complete practical training consisting of participation as trainee legal compliance auditor in least 5 legal compliance audits under the guidance of a qualified Legal Compliance Auditor.
What does a legal compliance auditor do?
Legal Compliance Auditors perform gap analysis at client organisations to determine the level of compliance with laws and regulations. A detailed report is provided to the client indicating gaps in compliance and the steps required to ensure compliance.
Legal Compliance Auditors also perform certification and verification audits at client organisations to indicate the level of legal compliance.
Legal Compliance Auditors also compile or update legal registers at client organisations where required by law or industry standards such as ISO.
The qualification can be completed in approximately 6 to 12 months.
Legal Compliance Professional (LCP®) Qualification
To qualify as a Legal Compliance Professional (LCP®), applicants must have completed at least a bachelor's degree in law from a recognised university from the country which they intend practising in, as well as successfully completed the Legal Compliance Professional (LCP®) training offered by the Compliance Professional Association (CPA).
The course consists of several modules to be completed online. After each module, an online examination must be completed to advance to the next level.
To be awarded the Legal Compliance Professional (LCP®) designation, successful students must also complete at least 12 months as a legal compliance officer under the guidance of a qualified Legal Compliance Professional (LCP®).
What does a legal compliance professional do?
Legal compliance professionals work for organisations in the compliance or legal departments ensuring the organisation complies with all relevant laws and regulatory requirements. Legal compliance professionals also work as independent consultants offering legal compliance advice to clients.
The qualification can be obtained in approximately 12 to 24 months.

Data Privacy Compliance Auditor (DPCA®) Training
To qualify for the online training course, applicants must have completed at least a bachelor's degree or diploma in law or data privacy from a recognised university or college from the country which they intend practising in.
The course consists of several modules to be completed online. After each module, an online examination must be completed to advance to the next level.
To be awarded the Data Privacy Compliance Auditor designation, successful students must also complete practical training consisting of participation as trainee data privacy compliance auditor in least 5 data privacy compliance audits under the guidance of a qualified Data Privacy Compliance Auditor.

Information Officer training
This course has no prerequisites for enrolling.
The course consists of several modules to be completed online or onsite. After each module, an online or written examination must be completed to advance to the next level.
What does an information officer do?
The South African Information Regulator requires at every organisation or individual (unless it is purely for household purposes) must have an Information officer appointed. The functions of an Information Officer are varied and complex.
Essentially, the Information Officer ensure the organisation (or the individual) complies with the data privacy legislation in South Africa.
The qualification can be obtained in approximately 5 hours of study and examinations.
Non-compliance with South African data privacy legislation may lead to fines of up to ZAR10 million and/or imprisonment of up to 10 years.

Complete the application form (available below).
STEP 2
Submit the completed application form together with copies of the relevant qualifications to training@kompliance.co.za.
STEP 3
Once approved, you will receive an invoice which must be paid in full via EFT or online using a credit or debit card.
STEP 4
Access will be granted to the online learning platform. Complete all the modules to be awarded the qualification.
